How do I pay for my order?
We accept bank transfer only. After placing your order, bank account details are sent to your email automatically. Transfer the exact amount using your order number as the reference, then email us your receipt. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Is it legal to buy cigarettes online in Australia?

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Check your Australia Post tracking link first. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with Australia Post immediately.
