My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Check your tracking link first. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@supercheapsmoke.com.au with your order number. See our Return & Refund Policy for lost parcel claims.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at support before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
