1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the original condition.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with any tags or labels still attached.

SuperCheapSmoke cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, for reasons related to hygiene and safety.

2. Process for Returns and Refunds

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can follow these simple steps to return your product and request a refund:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@supercheapsmoke.com.au or by calling +61 420 795 882. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return the Product: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
  3. Processing Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We take pride in ensuring that our products are delivered in perfect condition, but if an issue arises, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Perishable goods, including tobacco products once they have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
